There are so many great places that are out of the way you can use to even just take a break. Unfortunately a lot of them happen to be near smoking areas... I think the best place would be to the left or right just outside the park near the plaza area. With little ones that might be too far away, by the time you got there they may have forgotten what they did wrong. Right in the doorway to the toys section of the Emporium. She just let him stand there and scream, because he was in timeout.
